Thiago Jesus is Senior Project Manager at People’s Palace Projects (PPP), arts research centre based at Queen Mary University of London.
Thiago will be talking about the cultural exchange programme with the Kuikuro Indigenous people from Upper Xingu, exploring ways in which arts and technology can support the preservation of fragile communities in the Amazon region, and the collective civil society effort to protect the community amid coronavirus.
Thiago is a London-based Brazilian creative producer, researcher, and curator with extensive experience in cross-cultural initiatives on knowledge exchange, cultural diplomacy, social and climate justice. Thiago holds a MA in Visual Culture and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
