Pete Westall is Group General Manager for Colleague & Co-operative Services for the Society, with responsibility for the Society’s Co-operative Social Responsibility commitment as well as all aspects of Colleague Support, Welfare and Engagement.
Pete has had 26 years’ experience within Midcounties Co-operative Society and is a member of the Midcounties Executive Management Team.
His experience is wide and varied, both strategic and operational across varied trading and support groups including Food Retail, and leading Co-operative Energy.
He is a Regional Board member of Business in The Community since 2013 and the Chair of a Co-operative Multi-Academy Trust.
