I am a London based artist, painting in acrylics on canvas, cardboard, wood or slate.
I want to capture a sense of wonder in the midst of my urban neighbourhood. My recent work is inspired by the sea and sky of Margate and the Isle of Iona, two places I often visit. I am concerned with the Climate Crisis – the fragility of our ecosystem and the urgent need to move away from fossil fuels. I call this series ‘There is no planet B’.
