Leading Transformatively: The Woman at the Well

Leadership can emerge from surprising circumstances. The Samaritan Woman is popularly considered an outcast and seldom thought of in leadership terms. However, at a time when the leadership of women is so hotly debated and the leadership of Global South Churches is on the rise, Kate Coleman illustrates how God engages, inspires and affirms leaders, challenging our preconceptions.

Kate Coleman is the chair of the Evangelical Alliance Council; a former president of the Baptist Union of Great Britain; an associate pastor of a church plant; and the director of Next Leadership. She has contributed to various publications, including Black Theology in Britain, and her first solo publication is 7 Deadly Sins of Women in Leadership.
