Generation Gap: How young Muslims are defining faith outside of traditions

 

A new generation of young British Muslims are using technology to examine their faith against a backdrop of rising Islamophobia, and within communities that have traditionally placed an emphasis on leaders and cultural figures. How are young Muslims creating tools and applications to define religion in their own terms? And what does this mean for the future of Islam in Britain?
