Yara Eid

Yara Eid is a Palestinian journalist and human rights advocate who worked for different international human rights organisations such as Amnesty International. She is a writer who explores the struggles of living under apartheid and occupation.

Yara has worked as a war journalist and covered the 2022 agression on Gaza from the ground. Her work has been published in Aljazeera, the LA Times and the New Arab among other publications. She is now among the top Palestinian voices advocating against the current genocide and has produced several works about this.

However she is best known for her heated debate with a Sky News anchor which went viral. Her strong arguments lead to her having more than a million followers supporting her work on social media.
