Ruth Jarman and Siobhan Grimes

Ruth Jarman and Siobhan Grimes

Ruth Jarman first heard about climate change while reading Chemistry at Oxford thirty years ago. She now lives in a leafy village in Hampshire and worships at the local C of E church.

She campaigns on climate change any way she can, from helping to run the national charities Christian Ecology Link and Operation Noah, to picnicking by gates to fracking sites.

Siobhan is a climate activist who hopes, acts and campaigns toward fossil fuel free churches through the Bright Now campaign.

Siobhan works with the women led eco-activist direct action group Climate Rush, and is an organising member of Christianity Uncut. From letter writing to sit-ins she believes that every action counts.
