Jamie Kelsey Fry was a secondary school teacher for over 20 years and then wrote the ‘groundbreaking’ GCSE textbook ‘Rax Toolkit’ in 2009.
He has been contributing editor for New Internationalist magazine for 12 years, an award-winning community organiser with 20 years experience, and one of the key characters in the U.K. Occupy movement in 2011.
He co-founded Talk Fracking with Vivienne Westwood in 2014, helped develop Extinction Rebellion from 2018, co-founded the world’s first Global Citizens’ Assembly chosen by sortition in 2021. Jamie is now a coordinator in the movement that is bringing new democracy culture to the U.K.
