Fizzy Boppers was born in 2012 when four mums from Dorset came together to create a high-energy, maximum-fun music and dance group for families.
Currently, six groups run each week in a mixture of town and village locations, the largest of which can see over 100 people in a session.
Catchy action songs are combined with props and instruments, followed by a themed dance section which changes every 10 weeks.
This year dance themes have included Food Glorious Food, Let’s go to the Zoo and Step Back in Time. They have also danced through the decades, around the world and much more.
