Dr Alex Fry

Dr Alex Fry is Senior Lecturer in Social Sciences at Bournemouth University and a Visiting Scholar at Sarum College, Salisbury. He has written for Premier Christianity and Via Media. Alex is author of Gender Inequality in the Ordained Ministry of the Church of England and previously worked within the Archbishops’ Council as part of the ECLAS project. More recently, he co-authored a report on the wellbeing of working-class clergy in the Church of England and is currently evaluating the efficacy of pastoral supervision for enhancing clergy wellbeing (with Dr Sharon Jagger, York St John University).
