Rachel Griffiths

Rachel Griffiths is a participatory theatre maker, facilitator and communication coach using theatre to enable individuals and communities to make change. She has developed her practice over 25 years working with students in London schools; with a pavement-dwelling community and girls rescued from sex-trafficking in India; with men in the Calais “Jungle” refugee camp; with asylum seekers in London, and girls at risk of prostitution in Bolivia. She regularly partners with Citizens UK, making theatre with people with lived experience campaigning for the Living Wage, improved conditions in temporary accommodation and fairer treatment for pregnant migrant women. Additionally, Rachel writes on theatre for change and speaks at conferences on arts, faith and justice.
