Peterborough Diocese Youth and Children’s Team

Becky Wills is the Northampton Archdeaconry youth missioner, supporting parishes to grow and develop work with young people. She trained as a teacher but instead has been doing church-based youth and children’s work for over 25 years in various churches around the country. She loves inspiring churches to engage with and deeply involve young people in the life of the church, bringing fun, freshness and riskiness into the heart of their community.

Chad Chadwick is the Oakham Archdeaconry youth missioner. Previously he had been doing youth and community work in Rushden for 15 years. Chad trained in youth and community work with the Centre for Youth Ministry (Ridley Hall, Cambridge). He has a passion for seeing young people engaging with their local church, discovering Jesus, and becoming disciples.

Pete White is youth officer for Peterborough diocese. He has responsibility for the two intern programmes, the Inspire young leaders’ programmes and overseeing development of parish-based youth ministry. Prior to this he was youth minister at St Giles, Northampton following work for Northants County Council as a youth worker in various contexts. He is passionate about young people becoming all that God calls them to be.

Rona Orme is the children’s missioner for Peterborough diocese. She trains adults to work with children and families and leads a midweek worship event for families in a primary school. She has been a licensed minister in the Church of England for 25 years and loves to see God at work in his disciples of all ages.
