If there’s one thing Greenbelt loves it’s a mash-up. Afro-Colombian psychedelic dub rhythms with a French twist? Just what the doctor ordered! Pambelé is a glorious collective whose sole mission is to put you in a voluptuous, torrid, and exuberant trance. The band has its origins in the live scene of Lyon, with a gang of musicians keen to bring attention to the Afro-Colombian traditional rhythms that inhabit the Atlantic coast in France. So, come and immerse yourself in a medley of traditional-but-genre-defying song, bewitching rhythms, and swirls of Farfisa organ and electric guitar; but above all, bailemos!
