Hazel has worked as a Music Therapist for the last 20 years with all kinds of people. She has run projects in Palestine, Kenya and the UK to share these skills with people. She has also taught in schools and other settings, introducing improvisation to people who ‘always wished’ they could play. Music belongs to everyone, and music making is a human right. Making music together reduces stress and increases connection. Using music to communicate means that everyone can join in.
