Hugh and Graham have been writing, playing and singing together since the last century but they only became Fowl during lockdown
when they wrote and recorded Humankindweed, an album full of sense, nonsense, wordplay, music with words, and words with music. And some songs. Ian McMillan played some on Radio 3.
Further compositions ensued including the EP Mrs Hudson, composed in Benjamin Britten’s cleaning lady’s house. Stuart Maconie played some on 6Music.
Fowl have played at festivals, in tiny houses, in medium sized theatres and in tents.
