Paul Wakelin is a didgeridoo player with over 30 years of experience and has delivered varied didgeridoo workshops at many locations around the UK and performed with many highly acclaimed groups across Europe on varied instruments and across many genres.
Having been taught Didgeridoo in Australia and now based in the West Midlands, Paul spends his time playing and sharing music across schools, events and festivals. Leading a band and participating in smaller groups on trumpet, percussion and vocals as well as didgeridoo.
The didgeridoo has always been a unique instrument for Paul and regards it as one of the most sensual instruments to play and healing across many levels of the human psyche. With the instrument being the oldest wind instrument in the world, Paul believes it has a strong attachment to the human soul and he will continue to play and share as long as his heart beats.
