Grace Claydon

Grace Claydon (she/her) is from Southend-on-Sea in Essex. She is a Forest School teacher, volunteer youth leader, and has experience in Community Organising. Grace has previously worked on issues such as LGBTQ+ inclusion, migrant and refugee rights and climate justice.

Her first Greenbelt was 2017 and she values the festival’s radical inclusion and creativity. Grace’s climate anxiety intensified around the birth of her daughter, and her experiences as a new mum in the age of the climate crisis informs and fuels her work.
