* What is this new system?
Greenbelt now uses a system called Sheep to contact our volunteers and supporters. The new application system is provided by Sheep
* I haven’t received an activation code from Greenbelt
Activation codes are sent by email from Sheep. Check your inbox for an email from email@example.com
* I clicked on the Activation link but it says my code isn’t valid?
To keep your information secure, the activation code will only work once, and needs to be used within 24 hours. If you need a new activation code, click on ‘request a reset link’ on the sign in page.
* How do I use my invitation code (only needed for some teams)
If you have been given an invitation code, please enter it and hit ‘Apply’ to reveal your invitation-only role in the list. The role will appear at the top of the list below. Invitation codes are case sensitive.
* I’ve forgotten my password. How can I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password we can send you a link which will allow you to reset it. Please email us to request one.
* The Online Application site isn’t loading for me
To provide the best possible experience Sheep is tested in all modern desktop browsers and also iOS and Android. Please make sure you are using an up-to-date browser. The online application does not work on Internet Explorer as this is too old a browser and Apple products need to be IOS 10.3 or newer.
* The form says I have used the wrong format
Email addresses should be entered without any spaces or quote marks.
Telephone numbers should be entered without any accompanying text, but you may use spaces or dashes for formatting.
* I’m known by a different name at Greenbelt. What name should I put on my application?
Please use your actual name. There is a box where you can add the name you are known by at Greenbelt. Reference requests will be sent automatically, using the information you have given. Whilst at the Festival you may be known as Sleepy, your referee may not know who Sleepy Smith is, when they are asked for a reference. We will attempt to include your festival name on your ID badge.
* Why can’t I change my email address?
Your application profile is linked to your email address. If you need to change your email address for some reason, please email us so we can update your records. We’ll send you a confirmation to your new email address instructing you how to log back in to the app when we’ve processed your update.
* I’ve got a problem which isn’t covered
As with any new system, it’s impossible to test for every possible scenario. If you’re having a problem which isn’t covered above, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get it fixed. We want to make the application process as easy as possible for everyone.
