Becky Hall

Trustee

Becky works as an executive coach, facilitator and strategic consultant – which means that she is lucky enough to work with a whole range of people, organisations and leaders all over the UK.  She has a strong reputation for designing and facilitating creative leadership, transformation and development programmes and is passionate about coaching top teams and leaders.  Becky also uses theatre techniques and works with a team of actors to help bring some of the latest thinking & research about behavioural psychology & neuroscience to life.  She also spends a lot of time researching and talking with people about resilience and what it takes to develop ‘the art of enough’ in our lives.

Before all this, she started her working life as an actor, writer and director and travelled the world for 10 years with all sorts of brilliant theatre companies.  She still loves to sing and play the ukulele & guitar in a small band of lovely people called the Slow Wednesdays in Oxford where she lives with her civil partner, their two children and Wilf the dog.
