The Visual Arts Team has many roles for volunteers.
There is a sub group that meets 4 times a year and works all year round to plan and book the festival programme, and think ahead to future years.
During the festival week volunteers set up exhibitions across the site before the festival starts, they also help to run the art schools and other hands-on sessions during the weekend, as well as invigilating at exhibition spaces and helping to take everything down once the festival is over.
Being part of our team is a fun and rewarding experience; contributing to the festival as a whole and personally to those who come. If you would like to join us you would be very welcome. You don’t need to be able to do everything, you can volunteer for pre build or during the festival or both.
