Many of our operational volunteers onsite are issued with radios to keep in touch with each other during the Festival weekend.
The Control Room team manages the radio channels and communicates information from one area of the Festival site to another.
There are four areas looked after by the Control Room - Medics, Fire, Operations and Noise Complaints - and each of these communicates with volunteers around the site.
The Control Room team are based in the Grandstand, so Control Team members get a fantastic view of the whole Festival site!
Volunteers for this team need to be:

- able to multi-task and prioritise tasks quickly
