Site Crew

This team spends three weeks transforming the Cheltenham racecourse site into a festival and taking everything down afterwards. Volunteers need to be physically fit and enjoy being part of a team.

Site Vibing

This team spends Monday to Thursday before Greenbelt giving the racecourse a Festival vibe. Brains, brawn and some artistic flair needed – as well as volunteers who can climb ladders, tie knots and solve DIY problems.

Stewards

Stewards contribute to the smooth-running of the weekend and help to provide the public face of the festival. They are made up of smaller sub-groups - Site, Venue, Backstage, Night, and Support Stewards, Front Desk and Administration.

Taxis - golf buggies onsite

This team transports festival-goers and contributors around the racecourse site in a fleet of golf buggies. Volunteers are needed to drive and marshal taxis and operate the control room.
