Access This team offers support for those with disabilities. |

Beer Tent This team assists our beer suppliers to quench the thirsts of parched Greenbelters. The team is formed of Beer Tent volunteers, and Beer Tent Stewards. |

Blogging This team keeps the Greenbelt website updated over the festival weekend with reporting, views and reviews from around the festival. |

Box Office (Festival) This team welcomes Festival-goers to Cheltenham Racecourse, and deals with ticket-sales on-site. |

Camp Site This is a brand new team that will act as our communication hub on the camp site. The team will be helping and advising Festival-goers throughout the weekend. |

Control Room This team is the communication hub of the festival, dealing with enquiries, keeping records of incidents and deploying assistance across the site. |

Drivers This team is responsible for transporting our contributors to and from the festival site. The roles involve driving your own vehicle to local and long distance pick ups over the weekend. |

Early Birds & Late Birds This team provides a variety of services to other areas of the festival operations during the build week, and after the end of the festival. |

Event Safety This team supports the festival’s management team to deliver a safe and enjoyable event. The team has a proactive and reactive role monitoring activity and infrastructure across the event site. |

G-Source This team welcome and assist up to 60 charities and organisations into our exhibition space. Friendly, welcoming and efficient volunteers required! |

Media capture This team captures audio and video around the Festival for web and other broadcast. Knowledge and experience of recording technology especially welcome! |

Medics This team runs a 24/7 medical facility on-site, with a team of medical professionals and trained first aiders. |

Noise This small team of 8 volunteers monitors noise both on and off the festival site in order to ensure compliance with levels in Greenbelt’s Public Entertainments Licence. |

Office Volunteers We need a few volunteers to help out at Greenbelt’s London office in the run-up to the festival. |

Performing Arts This team help the smooth operation of the Performing Arts programme onsite, through liaison with contributing artists. |

Shop This team assist in selling Greenbelt clothing and merchandise to Greenbelters. A friendly manner with the general public, and cash-handling experience required! |

Site Crew This team spends three weeks transforming the Cheltenham racecourse site into a festival and taking everything down afterwards. Volunteers need to be physically fit and enjoy being part of a team. |

Site Vibing This team spends Monday to Thursday before Greenbelt giving the racecourse a Festival vibe. Brains, brawn and some artistic flair needed – as well as volunteers who can climb ladders, tie knots and solve DIY problems. |

Stewards Stewards contribute to the smooth-running of the weekend and help to provide the public face of the festival. They are made up of smaller sub-groups - Site, Venue, Backstage, Night, and Support Stewards, Front Desk and Administration. |

Talks Recording, Duplicating & Sales This team records each talk and panel, and duplicates Talks CDs, before selling them at the Festival and afterwards on the Greenbelt website. |

Tank - internet café This team runs The Tank, a media and internet cafe on-site. |

Taxis - golf buggies onsite This team transports festival-goers and contributors around the racecourse site in a fleet of golf buggies. Volunteers are needed to drive and marshal taxis and operate the control room. More info Webpage |

Trustees Our Board of Trustees are all volunteers. They make decisions for the benefit of the whole Greenbelt community, considering the best course of action for the festival. More info Webpage |

Venue Management The team is responsible for the management of Greenbelt’s sixty or so venues – indoor, outdoor and in tents - ensuring the smooth running of the programme and the safety of festivalgoers. |

Visual Arts This team helps to make all aspects of the Visual Arts programme to run smoothly before, during and after the festival. Volunteers with and without creative experience are welcome for a variety of roles. |
