If you are a volunteer you can use the form below to purchase discounted tickets for family and friends who will support you whilst you are volunteering at the Festival. One form should be completed per named volunteer.

We will need to verify your application for discounted tickets with your Team Leader, so please wait to receive confirmation that you have been accepted as a volunteer before returning this form.

Please Note: Some important changes to the Children's Festival for 2011

We strive to make the festival entertaining and exciting for everyone, including the younger members of our festival family.

We're going to be significantly increasing the amount of family-friendly programming at the 2011 event, with exciting new venues where families will be able to enjoy great music, film and performing arts together.

This fresh approach will replace the existing provision of three, two-and-a-half hour child-only sessions – and will see a new dedicated family film venue, craft area and a child-friendly theatre venue alongside existing favourites Messy Space and the all-age Arena. We're confident the new Children's programme will provide more great content for more people more of the time ...

As a volunteer, you might have made use of the provision in the old-style Children's Festival for your own children in previous years. But this new-look provision will not include 'in loco parentis' care for children. So, if you have children, before you confirm your volunteer place, please could you make sure that you have someone who can take responsibility for them while you are volunteering – as children will not be able to accompany you while you volunteer.

You can make use this form to get discounted rates on tickets for friends or family who assist with your child-care over the festival weekend.

So, the way we provide Children's programming at Greenbelt 2011 will be a little bit new, a little bit different. But there will still be the same brilliant mix of stuff that makes the festival so special – for children of all ages ...
