Kate Coleman is associate pastor of The Regeneration Centre in Birmingham, and a former President of the Baptist Union.

Coleman was the first black woman Baptist minister in the UK, and is widely recognised as "one of the most influential black Christian women leaders in the UK" (Keep the Faith magazine). She has a particular focus on discipleship, and has extensive experience of mentoring, advising and supporting pastors, leaders and churches.

Kate is a popular preacher, teacher, speaker, lecturer and strategic advisor to high-level events, committees, church councils, local communities and specialist groups. Her network extends across church denominations, cultural groups, generations, class and gender. A published author, her media contributions include press, radio and tv.
