Jay Gadhia studied Fine Art and Religious Studies at Lancaster University (1999 - 2001) before spending three years living and working in Japan for three years. Jay runs his own art studio in Leeds and has been involved in various community arts projects and exhibitions.
His art stems from his Indian heritage, cultural traditions and has also recently been influenced by political and social issues. Jay is a big believer in art not being something one has to search for, rather is something that can be found on your own doorstep.
