Sally Jane Thompson is an illustrator and comic artist currently doing an MA in art and design.

A product of South Africa, the Seychelles, Canada and now the UK, she feels comics are an extremely relevent contemporary medium whose potential to show us new ways of expressing and looking at the diverse world around us is just beginning to be realized. She also thinks they're just plain beautiful and fun, and hopes her work at Greenbelt will express this!
