Greenbelt is committed to make the festival as accessible for as many people as possible.
Use our side navigation bar to find out more specific access information as it becomes available.
We have a volunteer Access team to support you in the lead up to and at the festival. They are there to help you make the most of the weekend.
The Access Team will be on hand to help make the festival more accessible; this will include scooter hire, loop systems, mobility aid charging, autism and mental health support and The Haven, our rest space in the festival village.
There will also be support for children and families.
We will update these pages nearer to the festival.
If you otherwise need to contact the office in advance of the festival then you can email us at: email@example.com, call us on: 020 7329 0039 (you can make a call through TextDirect by dialling prefix 18001 before the telephone number) or write to us at: Greenbelt Festival, 1b Snow Hill Court, London, EC1A 2EJ.
To book your electric scooter or wheelchair for use onsite please register with Event Mobility »
Electric scooters are available at the price of £25 a day. Manual wheelchairs are £10 a day.
The Event Mobility collection point will be located near to the disabled campervan/caravan area so it will be easy for campers to get to and from. Day visitors will be able to get a golf buggy taxi to the Event Mobility pick-up location.
SEN Buddies for Families
Buddies are here to help you as a family to enjoy the festival. If you have a child with special educational needs (SEN), or just need an extra pair of hands, then come and see us at the Children’s Info Point in the centre of The Village. We’ll also have information about other activities on site for children with SEN.
Greenbelt awarded Attitude Is Everything - Silver award
Greenbelt has been working closely with accessibility organisation Attitude is Everything since 2011 to improve access across our site.
We will continue to work with Attitude Is Everything, to aim for the Gold level, and to continually improve our festival for those with accessibility needs.
