Greenbelt for children aims to be just that – a smaller version of the creativity, joy and discovery of the programme for adults, designed especially for smaller people.
Young people get more out of the festival than anyone else. We’ve got an exciting range of workshops, performances, debates and sessions in a dedicated venue, plus plenty of opportunities to meet and hang out with friends old and new, and to catch that Mainstage band or headline speaker…
Over 1600 volunteers come together each year to hand-make a festival. People from all walks of life bring their skill, enthusiasm and experience to eighty different teams, each with a vital part to play in facilitating a brilliant weekend for festivalgoers. See a different side of the festival, invest a little time, and the memories you take away and the new friends you make are yours to keep!
