Cash machines
Thomas Cook operates an onsite cash machine. Each transaction costs £2.50
Bar
We have licensed premises onsite. The main bar – the Jesus Arms – is open until the early hours and serves a wide range of beer, lager, wine, cider, spirits and soft drinks. Families are welcome but all children must be accompanied by an adult.
There is a second licensed venue as part of the Performance Cafe.
All licensed premises operate a Challenge 21 policy. For more information see our age restrictions.
Showers
We have 30 showers onsite operated by the YMCA. These can be pre-booked pre-festival from our box office, or are available on a first come first served basis (subject to availability)
First Aid
Treatment is available 24 hours a day throughout the weekend from experienced first-aiders and health professionals.
Village Shop
We have a general store open onsite. Here you can get hold of milk, newspapers, emergency chocolate and everything else you might need if you’re camping for the weekend.
Phone charging facilities
The Tank (our onsite internet cafe) has facilities to recharge your phone.
Internet access
The Tank provides free wifi or you can use one of their machines for an hourly charge.
Info point
There are two information points onsite. One is based in the main camping area, the second is based in the Festival Village.
Golf buggy taxis
Taxis run throughout the site and costs £1 per passenger per journey. Loyalty cards are available onsite.
Merchandise
Merchandise is available in our G-Stores. Ethically sourced hoodies and t-shirts are available as well as a range of other merch.
Talks recording
Most of the spoken word programme is recorded onsite. These can be purchase from the G-Talks venue adjacent to the Grandstand on CD or USB stick (in MP3 format).
Recorded talks can also be purchased immediately after the festival within the media section of this site.
Shuttle Bus
A shuttle bus operates between the train station (Cheltenham Spa), coach stop and the Racecourse throughout the weekend. A timetable will be published in July.
Bookshop
Church House Bookshop run our onsite bookshop. They will also host signings and throughout the weekend. These will be listed on a blackboard outside the venue.
Music store
Memralife run our onsite music store. There is a stage in there too where upcoming bands, and the odd headliner will do a guest performance and signing.
Cafes and food outlets
The site hosts over 40 food outlets offering a range of cuisines. If you have particular dietary requirements please visit the Information Booth onsite and we’ll point you in the direction of suitable concessions.
Market stalls
Like all good festival, the site also welcomes a collective of market stalls selling everything from candle powered boats to second-hand records.
Parent Support Venue
A drop in space for parents, babies and young children. There are facilities for changing and bathing babies, a comfortable area for feeding, microwaves for heating food and a separate indoor play area.
