House For All Sinners and Saints

at Greenbelt 2009: Standing in the Long Now

Saturday

"O Sinner Where Art Thou?" Join Pastor Nadia Bolz-Weber and House For All Sinners and Saints, an emerging liturgical community from Denver, Colorado, for a Southern Gospel/Americana Bluegrass Eucharist service.

House for All Sinners and Saints, from Denver Colorado is a group of folks figuring out how to be a liturgical, Christo-centric, social justice oriented, queer inclusive, incarnational, contemplative, irreverent, ancient - future church with a progressive but deeply rooted theological imagination.

At least that’s what our website says. We are striving for a spirituality of imperfection and doing really well so far. About 90% of us were not actually going to church when we joined HFASS. Hmmm…what else can we tell you? Oh yeah. We also like to say that we are religious; but not spiritual.
