Susannah Cornwall

Monday

What are intersex conditions and what does the Church have to say about them? Why should Christians be more aware of intersex, and how can local congregations ensure they are welcoming and respectful of people with variant sex and gender?

Susannah Cornwall is an Honorary Research Fellow in Theology at the University of Exeter and also works as a pastoral assistant with the multifaith chaplaincy team there.

She writes and teaches on issues of queer and feminist theology, gender and sexuality, disability and embodiment. She first visited Greenbelt in nappies at the age of 11 months, and considers the festival to be her spiritual home.
