Inhabiting a space on the outer edges of religious life, ikon is a Belfast-based collective who describe themselves as iconic, apocalyptic, heretical, emerging and failing. Challenging the distinction between theist and atheist and no faith their gatherings combine a rich cocktail of live music, visual imagery, soundscapes, theatre, ritual and reflection in order to create what they call experiments in transformance art.
