Family (Age 7+) A fun drama workshop for anyone aged 7+ - to come on their own or with their parents - to play games and try out simple drama exercises. Youth (Age 14-18) A practical workshop to develop your performance skills and explore the techniques used in Roughshod’s characterisistic style of powerful and colourful storytelling theatre. Living in Hope Living in Hope introduces us to inspirational and adventurous people who have made a difference to society by refusing to give up hope. Those who have raised the hopes of others by holding onto an ideal or even to a ‘crazy’ idea... who have put themselves into other people’s shoes in order to understand the ways to turn dreams, little by little, into reality. Through powerful theatrical story-telling – colourful, hilarious, moving and unforgettable - it puts the spotlight onto our hopes and fears about the world we live in and how we might discover the inspiration and courage to make a difference. It asks us to think about where our hope comes from and whether our personal hopes will benefit or perhaps restrict the lives of others.
