For more than a decade, now, award-winning comedienne Jo Enright (Lab Rats, Phoenix Nights, I'm Alan Partridge, Time Trumpet) has been crafting her unique style of stand-up comedy.
Peter Kay thinks she's one of the most naturally gifted comic talents he's ever seen. She's bringing her latest solo show to Greenbelt 08, so you can judge for yourself.
Jo thrives on live theatre performances, for which she has won several comedy awards, including the 2002 Chortle Award for 'The Best Female Circuit Comic' and the 2001 'Best Female on the Jongleurs Comedy Circuit' award.
Alongside her career as a solo artist, Jo works extensively as a character actress, landing roles in two classic British comedies, working alongside Steve Coogan, in I'm Alan Partridge and with Peter Kay, in Pheonix Nights. She has also written and performed her work for Radio 4 and Radio 5.
