Paul Kerensa announced himself on the Edinburgh scene in 2005 with his debut show Paul Kerensa's 26 , based of course on the hit television series 24 . In 2006 he went one better and produced Back To The Futon , a time-travelling comedy tribute to the world of Marty McFly, Doc Brown and manure - even bringing a real-life Delorean into the Scottish capital for a week. Since then he has performed Back To The Futon in theatres and arts centres around the country alongside another sci-fi comedy show, Moths Ate My Doctor Who Scarf . Paul is one of the UK's leading openly Christian comedians, performing not only at the country's biggest comedy clubs but also in churches and religious conferences around the world. He is massively in demand as a writer, working on such hit shows as BBC1's Not Going Out (winner of Best Sitcom at the International Rose D'Or Awards and the RTS Awards), After You're Gone (starring Nicholas Lyndhurst and Celia Imrie) plus numerous BBC radio programmes including The Now Show , The News Quiz , Dead Ringers and his own show on BBC Seven, Snakes and Bladders
