James Cary is a comedy writer for the BBC who has won a Sony Radio Award and been nominated for a Perrier Best Newcomer award.
James Cary has been involved in Greenbelt for nearly ten years, running Last Orders. He is a comedy writer, and church elder ‘who preaches now and then.’ He has written three sitcoms for BBC Radio 4 (Think the Unthinkable, Hut 33 and The Pits). He as co-written others with Milton Jones (Radio 4) and Miranda Hart (Radio 2). He has also written and edited sketch shows for Radio 4 andhas just helped Miranda Hart write her sitcom for BBC2.
