Yesterday was volunteer development team (or VDT to those in the know)… a monthly gathering of staff and a few representative volunteers where we talk about how we can develop our volunteer community. 1,600 people volunteer for Greenbelt and without these people we'd be scuppered. That being said we're pretty keen to look after our volunteer. On this month's agenda: food, showers, training and our new and improved database.
