Greenbelt's Daily Diary is a very complex and very designed document. We appreciate that it can be impenetrable to those trying to use VI reading devices to decode its content!

So, this year we will aim to distribute (by email) to our list of VI people the Daily Diary in a re-worked format that VI reading devices should be able to follow in the right order.

We hope to be able to do that a week to 10 days before the festival.

As well as this, onsite we will have large print format copies of this information available, too - if not all at once, then on a day-by-day basis. But to save us paper and time (both precious resources) it would really help us if you could make your own provision using what we are able to supply you with in advance to bring the information you need to site in the appropriate format for you.

If you need any particular print formats, please let us know in advance via access@greenbelt.org.uk and we will try to have it ready for you (or create it for you on-site) if we can.
