The Volunteer Handbook is posted out to each of our 1,700 volunteers at the beginning of August. It's full of information that volunteers need for the whole festival weekend, and so is a working document and is rarely far from their side throughout their volunteering.

We're offering organisations a chance to advertise to our volunteers on the outside back page, inside front page, and inside back page.

We're offering five spaces in the Handbook:-

About Greenbelt Volunteers

There are 1,700 Greenbelt volunteers, organised into 80 teams. We have volunteers aged 16 to 80 years old. A large percentage of our volunteers are employed - we have professionals and students, many of whom are interested and involved in volunteering outside the festival. Greenbelt has a wider range of volunteer roles than many festivals, and so advertising in the volunteer handbook would ensure that you reached a wider range of engaged and considerate volunteers.
