Jenny McIntosh’s passion and job is facilitating Spirited Exchanges, the umbrella name for a variety of initiatives supporting people that struggle with issues of faith and/or church. It encompasses a number of groups around New Zealand, a couple of groups in other countries, gives one-to-one support and reframing of faith paradigms, trains facilitators, puts out a monthly newsletter, creates resources and has a developing website. Her own role has been as a counsellor and more latterly as a minister.
